The customer context
Concerned about its environmental impact, the group began developing more eco-friendly product lines. In expanding into the market for single and double strap sandals and flip-flops, Isotoner wanted to suspend its products with a unique multi-purpose cardboard hanger.
Our solutions
With products weighing up to 500 grams and significant constraints on shaft height, IDS developed a specific reinforced cardboard hanger to meet the technical requirements of supporting the 3 products. Specific customization helped distinguish the level of offered items. Our presence in Asia enabled us to deliver to the two relevant factories and train teams to adjust packaging to protect products during transportation.
